For darker skin tones, the Clarity II is the alternative.<\/p>\n<h2>What to expect at your half legs session<\/h2>\n<p>Plan on about 25 to 30 minutes from when you sit down to when you walk out. Shave both lower legs completely the day before your appointment. We treat both legs in the same session, knee down. The laser passes over each zone in a series of short warm snaps. Cooling on the Diode handles the more sensitive areas behind the knee and along the shin. There is no downtime. You walk out and continue your day. Over the next two to three weeks the treated hairs shed. Six to eight sessions, spaced four to six weeks apart, lets us catch every follicle during its active growth phase. Some clients with finer ankle hair need the full eight sessions.
