Top lips thin out faster than people expect, often starting in the mid-30s. The change is gradual, which is why people usually notice it from a photo, not a mirror. RHA filler placed in small amounts along the upper lip restores the fullness without changing the shape of your smile. Gaby will tell you what looks like a natural restoration on your specific lips, and what would tip into looking done.

Most people who come in for lip filler want one thing: lips that look like a better version of their own. Not bigger. Just a little fuller, a little more defined. We get there with conservative dosing, the right product for your anatomy, and a willingness to stop. First-time clients usually start with half a syringe at $350. It’s plenty to see a difference without committing to a full enhancement on day one. If you love it, we add at a follow-up. If you don’t, there’s much less to manage.
Half syringe from $350. Most clients are happy with a full syringe at $595.
The vertical lines that show up around the lips with age (sometimes called “smoker’s lines,” even on people who’ve never smoked) come from years of expression and a gradual loss of volume in the lip border. A small amount of RHA softens those lines and restores the definition along the edge of the lip. Some clients combine this with a small dose of wrinkle relaxer in the upper lip, called a “lip flip,” for added definition.
Most clients start with a half syringe ($350) along the lip border.
Almost everyone has some asymmetry, but a noticeably thinner top lip compared to the bottom (or the other way around) can throw off the balance of your whole face. Correcting it is one of the more rewarding things we do, because the change reads as “something looks better” without anyone being able to name what. Larger corrections sometimes take 1.5 to 2 syringes spread across two appointments, four weeks apart, so the lips settle in between.
Full syringe $595. Larger corrections from $895 over two visits.

Lip filler is easy to overdo. We don’t.
We’ve corrected enough overfilled lips from other clinics to know the difference between great and bad is restraint. We start small, we ask before we add more, and we tell you when to stop.

$595 per full syringe of RHA. Most first-time clients start with a half syringe at $350. Larger corrections that need 1.5 to 2 syringes are typically split across two appointments four weeks apart. Financing is available through Cherry with no hard credit check.
The lips are sensitive, so we don’t pretend it doesn’t hurt at all. We start with strong topical numbing for 20 minutes, and offer dental block injections if you want deeper numbing. Most clients describe the pressure of the filler as strange more than painful.
RHA in the lips lasts 9 to 12 months for most clients. Lips move constantly: talking, eating, smiling. That’s part of what we want them to do, but it also means filler breaks down faster there than in less mobile areas like the cheeks. Most clients come in once a year to maintain.
Yes, expect swelling and possibly small bruises for 2 to 5 days. Most clients go back to work the same day with a slightly fuller look they often like more than the final result. If you have a wedding, photos, or any event you care about, plan your appointment at least two weeks ahead.
Not when they’re done conservatively. Half a syringe gives subtle enhancement most people would not be able to identify as filler. A full syringe is still natural for most lip shapes when it’s dosed correctly. Lips look fake when they’re overfilled (typically more than 2 syringes worth) or when filler is placed in the wrong areas. Gaby’s whole approach is to stop before you cross that line.
Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers like RHA can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. That reversibility is one of the reasons we don’t use other types of filler in the lips. If something feels off, we have options.
Often yes. We correct overfilled or unevenly filled lips by dissolving the existing filler and starting fresh. There’s usually a week or two between the dissolve and the re-injection so the tissue can settle. Bring photos of how your lips looked before, and we’ll talk through the path back.
RHA stands for Resilient Hyaluronic Acid. It’s designed to move with your face instead of resisting it. The result is filler that doesn’t look stiff when you talk, smile, or kiss. That’s why we use it in the lips. The product is Swiss-made by Teoxane.
Yes, and we often do. The most common combination is lip filler with a small amount of wrinkle relaxer in the upper lip (called a “lip flip”) for added definition. Gaby will tell you whether that’s a fit for you at your appointment.
That’s exactly what we recommend for first-time clients. Half a syringe at $350 is plenty to see what filler does for your specific lip shape. If you love it, we can add at a follow-up. If you don’t, you have a much smaller commitment to manage. We start small on purpose.
