Maybe you've stared at your skin in the rearview mirror and noticed it looks tired in a way sleep doesn't fix. Maybe it's been five years since you had any face treatment that wasn't a tube of cream. Maybe there's a wedding, a reunion, or a photo in two weeks and you want your skin to behave for it. Hydrafacial is the treatment most people pick first because it does a lot in a short window and you can walk back into your day with no marks, no peeling, and no recovery time. ABL Med Spa offers it in three lengths (30, 60, and 90 minutes) starting at $99, performed in our Round Rock office under Dr. Eric Guy's supervision.

Sound Familiar?

These are the things Hydrafacial actually fixes. If two or three describe your skin right now, you're the person this treatment was built for.

Dull skin that looks tired no matter how you sleep
Clogged pores and blackheads on the nose and chin
Dry patches makeup sits on top of instead of sinking into
Uneven tone after a Texas summer
Fine lines around the eyes that started showing up
A wedding, reunion, or photo in two weeks

Most face treatments make you choose between "real result" and "no recovery." A chemical peel works but flakes for a week. Microneedling works but leaves you red. Hydrafacial sits in the slot between a basic spa facial and the heavier resurfacing treatments. It does enough to see and feel a difference the same day, and you can put makeup back on within an hour and go to dinner.

How Hydrafacial Works

Hydrafacial device used at ABL Med Spa Round Rock TX
Hydrafacial at ABL Med Spa, Round Rock TX.

Hydrafacial is one device with three steps that happen in every treatment, regardless of length. Cleanse and exfoliate: a gentle peel solution lifts dead cells and softens the top layer. Extract: a vortex tip uses controlled suction to pull debris out of pores instead of squeezing it out. Hydrate and protect: nutrient serums (antioxidants, peptides, hyaluronic acid) are pushed back into the skin while the suction works. The longer the session, the more layers we add (LED light, massage, lymphatic drainage, manual extractions, eye and lip work).

The treatment itself feels like a cool brush gliding across your face with light suction. Most people find it relaxing. There are no needles, no numbing, no peeling, and no redness that lasts longer than 30 to 60 minutes after you walk out. You can wear makeup the same day. You can go to a meeting straight after.

  • 30 Minutes, the express version

$99. Cleanse, exfoliate, hydrate. The maintenance treatment, or the one to book the week before an event when you want your skin to look clean, fresh, and a step brighter without committing the full hour. This is the version most clients book monthly to keep things consistent.

  • 60 Minutes, the full treatment

$159. Adds the extraction step, LED light therapy, and a face massage. The LED targets inflammation and pigment in the skin while the serums infuse. This is the tier most first-time clients pick because it covers everything Hydrafacial is known for in a single session.

  • 90 Minutes, the full ritual

$250. Adds lymphatic drainage, manual extractions, and dedicated eye and lip work on top of the 60-minute version. The lymphatic step pulls puffiness out of the face. The eye and lip care addresses the two areas most facials skip. This is the right tier when you want the most visible result in one visit, or when it has been a while since you have had any face treatment at all.

Your Simple Path Forward

Hydrafacial is one of the easiest treatments at ABL to fit into a normal week. Here is how to get started.

How to get started

  • Book a complimentary consultation if you want a quick look at your skin and a tier recommendation before committing. We will talk through what your skin needs, walk you through the three options, and you can decide same-day whether to book a treatment.
  • Or book a Hydrafacial directly. The 30, 60, and 90 minute versions each have their own booking page on our site.

For consistent results, most clients return monthly. The 30-minute is the natural rebook between deeper treatments. Hydrafacial pairs well with Botox on the same visit (clean skin first, then injectables) and with our chemical peels and microneedling on a longer schedule.

Every Hydrafacial at ABL is performed in our Round Rock office under Dr. Eric Guy's supervision. No downtime, no peeling, no needles. A complimentary consultation is always available first.
