Our Story
ABL Med Spa is a family-owned medical spa in Round Rock, Texas. Gabriela (“Gaby”) Guy and Dr. Eric Guy founded it in 2019 with one focus: helping people feel confident in their own skin. Today the team treats clients from across the greater Austin area, including Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Georgetown, and north Austin.
We do advanced aesthetic treatments: laser hair removal, injectables, skin renewal, body contouring, women’s and men’s health treatments, and medically supervised weight loss. Dr. Guy, our board-certified physician, oversees every treatment plan. That’s the safety net behind everything we offer.
Most clients don’t come to ABL because we have a doctor on staff. They come because of Gaby. They come back because they meet the same people every visit, because we write down their goals and remember them, because the plan we build with them adapts as their skin and their life change. It’s a medical practice, but it’s run like a family one.

Medical Aesthetician & Master Injector
Originally from Colombia, Gabriela is a licensed aesthetic professional and certified Laser Technician with advanced training from Melluzi Academy, Empire Medical Training, and Allergan Institute. Her approach combines deep technical skill with a genuine passion for helping clients feel their best. Beyond aesthetics, she enjoys Latin dance, Jiu-Jitsu, and family time — always bringing warmth and energy to her practice.
Briseyda Mendoza
Certified Laser Hair Removal & Lash Extension Technician
Briseyda brings a caring and professional approach to every session. With certifications in Laser Hair Removal and Lash Extensions, she focuses on client education, comfort, and long-lasting results. Known for her friendly nature and attention to detail, she ensures that each visit feels both relaxing and effective.
What it’s like to be a client here
Your first visit is a conversation. You’ll sit down with Gaby or one of our providers for about 15 minutes, walk through what you’d like to change and what’s been on your mind, and leave with a plan that fits your goals, your comfort level, and your budget. We won’t recommend anything you don’t need. We won’t schedule anything you don’t want.
We see the same people for years. We remember your goals. We adapt the plan as your skin and your life change. And if you ever want to slow down, switch direction, or just come in for a check-in, that’s the relationship we’re here to have.

Care that grows with you
Most of our long-term clients don’t come in once. They come in every month, because the treatments that hold up best (laser hair removal, skin renewal, wrinkle relaxers, body contouring) work on a schedule. Our memberships are how we make that schedule simple.
A membership at ABL is a relationship. Each plan combines the treatments members use most often (a Hydrafacial or chemical peel, a small amount of injectable, a body-toning session, a B12 shot) into one monthly visit and one predictable price. Members also get priority booking with our team, rollover units on select injectables, and a plan that evolves as their goals do.
Three tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The membership matches your routine, not the other way around. No long-term contracts. Cancel any time after the initial commitment.
