Our $850 session covers the full face, the neck, and the décolleté together because that is how the skin ages and that is how it should be treated.
Morpheus8 uses very fine needles to deliver controlled radiofrequency heat below the surface of the skin. The combination triggers your skin to remodel itself: more collagen, more elastin, gradually firmer texture over the months that follow. The needling depth is adjusted by area, which is why a single device can safely treat thin neck skin and thicker face skin in the same visit. Gaby calibrates the depth and energy as she works across each zone.
Every Morpheus8 treatment at ABL is physician-supervised. Dr. Eric Guy MD is on site. Gaby plans your sessions, performs the treatment, and stays your point of contact between visits. You meet the same person every time, which matters more than people expect on a multi-session plan. By session three she already knows how your skin reacts and what to adjust.
The device we use is the original Morpheus8 system, not a knockoff. There are competing microneedling RF devices on the market and they are not all the same. The science behind Morpheus8 specifically is the reason it has the visible results you have probably already seen on social media. We are not interested in a cheaper alternative if the results are not the same.
What to expect at your Morpheus8 session
You arrive about 30 to 45 minutes early so Gaby can apply a topical numbing cream across the face, neck, and chest. While it works, you sit in the treatment room with your phone or a podcast. By the time we begin, the area is numb enough that the treatment is comfortable for most clients.
The treatment itself takes 60 to 75 minutes across the three areas. You will feel pressure and warmth and hear the device working, but the sensation is much milder than people expect, especially compared to traditional microneedling without RF. Gaby will check in with you throughout and adjust as needed. If a particular zone is more sensitive, she slows down.
When the treatment is finished your skin will be flushed, similar to a strong workout. Some clients have small dot patterns visible for a day or two. You can drive yourself home. Most clients head straight to dinner with whoever brought them. There is nothing dramatic to see.
Aftercare and what changes over time
For the first 24 hours you skip makeup, hot showers, sauna, and exercise. From day two you can wash your face gently and apply the recovery moisturizer we send you home with. Most clients are back in front of the camera by day three, fully presentable by day five.
The visible skin firming starts in the first two to three weeks but the bigger change is happening underneath. Collagen remodeling continues for about three to six months after each session. With the standard three-session plan you reach the full visible result roughly six to nine months from the start, and that result holds for a year or more before any maintenance is needed.
Sunscreen is essential during the months you are remodeling collagen. The skin is more reactive to UV during this window, and any new sun damage will work against the result you are paying for. We can send you home with options if you do not already have one you like. Hats and shade are your friends through the summer.
Between sessions, the rest of your skincare can stay normal with one exception: skip retinols and exfoliating acids for about a week after each session. Plain moisturizer, plain cleanser, sunscreen. We are giving your skin space to heal and remodel.
