You take care of your face. The neck is the part that gives you away. Loose, crepey, lined skin under the jaw is one of the most common reasons clients come in for a consultation, and it is one of the hardest things to address with topicals because the skin on the neck is thinner and has fewer oil glands than the face. It does not respond to the same routine.

Morpheus8 for the neck is the most effective non-surgical option we offer for this specific area. It works because it goes below the surface. The treatment uses fine needles to deliver radiofrequency heat at a controlled depth, and the skin responds by building new collagen and elastin over the months that follow. The texture, tone, and firmness all change, and the result looks like your skin, not a procedure.

Most clients ask about this treatment because they have noticed something specific: the horizontal lines, the looseness under the jaw, the crepey texture that started showing up in their forties. Some come in after a weight change. Some come in after sun damage from years of outdoor sports or commuting. The treatment plan is similar regardless of the cause.

What makes our Morpheus8 neck treatment different

The neck is a different treatment than the face, even on the same device. Gaby adjusts the needling depth and the radiofrequency settings specifically for neck skin, which is thinner and more reactive than facial skin. A practitioner who runs face settings on the neck either over-treats it and causes unnecessary downtime, or under-treats it and the result is invisible. Calibrating per zone is the work.

You meet the same person every visit. Gaby plans your sessions, performs each one, and adjusts as she learns how your specific skin responds. By session two she already knows what to change. This sounds like a small thing but it is the reason multi-session plans look better at ABL than at higher-volume clinics where you see whoever is on shift.

The device we use is the original Morpheus8 system. There are competing microneedling RF devices and they are not all the same. The published results that made Morpheus8 well known are tied to this specific device. We are not interested in a cheaper alternative if the visible result is not the same.

Physician oversight is built into every visit. Dr. Eric Guy MD is on site and is responsible for the medical side of the practice. You will not always see him, but he is available for any client who has a medical question about treatment.

What to expect at your Morpheus8 neck session

You arrive about 30 minutes early so Gaby can apply a topical numbing cream to the neck. You sit in the treatment room while it works. By the time we begin, the skin is numb enough that the treatment is comfortable for most clients.

The neck-only treatment takes about 30 to 45 minutes once we start. You will feel pressure and warmth and hear the device working. The sensation under the jaw and along the side of the neck can be slightly stronger than the front, but it is still comfortable for most clients. Gaby checks in throughout and slows down if you need her to.

When the treatment is finished your skin will be flushed. Some clients have small dot patterns visible for one to two days. The neck can feel warm for a few hours after. You can drive yourself home and resume most of your day.

Aftercare and what changes over time

For the first 24 hours you skip exercise, hot showers, sauna, and anything else that raises your body temperature significantly. From day two you can apply the recovery moisturizer we send you home with and resume normal cleansing. Skip retinols and exfoliating acids on the neck for about a week after each session.

Most clients are presentable the next day, with the small dot pattern visible only to themselves. By day three the skin looks normal. A scarf in the first 24 hours is a perfectly fine option if you have an unavoidable in-person obligation.

The first visible firming usually shows up in the first two to three weeks. The deeper collagen remodeling continues for three to six months after each session. With the standard three-session plan the full result is in place six to nine months from the start of treatment, and it tends to hold for a year or more before maintenance is needed.

Sunscreen on the neck is essential during the remodeling window. The neck is one of the most undertreated areas for daily sun protection and it shows over time. We can recommend an option you will actually use if you do not already have one.

Pricing and packages

Morpheus8 for the neck only is $450 per session. Most clients do three sessions, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. Maintenance is typically a single session per year after the initial plan, depending on how the result is holding for you.

If you are also bothered by the face or chest, the combined face plus neck plus décolleté plan at $850 is usually the better value and gives a more balanced result. Gaby will give you a real recommendation at your consultation rather than steering you to a bigger package.

Our membership program is built for clients who plan to stay in ongoing care. Ask Gaby on your consult if it makes sense for the plan you have in mind.
