The early signs on the neck. Skin that has lost a little of its bounce. The first crepey texture under the jaw. Not enough to make you commit to a needling treatment, but enough that you have started looking at your reflection in the elevator. This is the right starting point for Exilis Ultra 360.
Exilis is the gentlest skin-tightening option we offer for the neck. No needles, no breaks in the skin, no downtime. The device combines radiofrequency and ultrasound energy and delivers it through a smooth handpiece that glides across the skin. It feels like a warm massage. Most clients schedule their sessions on a lunch break and go back to work without anyone noticing.
The treatment is built for clients who want to slow the progression of mild neck laxity, maintain results from a previous Morpheus8 plan, or simply prefer not to deal with the recovery a needling treatment requires. It also works well for clients who have a specific event coming up and want a gradual lift without recovery time.
What makes our Exilis Ultra 360 neck treatment different
Exilis works by heating the deeper layers of the skin to a controlled temperature that triggers collagen contraction and remodeling. The ultrasound component delivers the energy at a different depth than the radiofrequency, which means a single treatment reaches several layers at once. The handpiece has a built-in cooling system that keeps the surface comfortable while the heat works underneath.
You meet the same person every visit. Gaby plans your sessions, performs each one, and monitors how your skin responds. She adjusts the energy level and the focus area as your skin tightens over the plan. You are not handed off to a different practitioner between sessions.
This treatment is one of the more user-friendly options on the market and that is also its limit. If your neck has more advanced laxity, Exilis alone will not change much. We will tell you that at your consultation rather than sell you a plan that is not going to give you the result you want. In that case, Morpheus8 for the neck is the better starting point, and Exilis can be used afterward for maintenance.
Every Exilis session at ABL is part of a physician-supervised practice. Dr. Eric Guy MD is on site and is responsible for the medical side. Exilis itself is non-invasive and very safe, but the medical oversight is part of why we are able to combine treatments thoughtfully when a client needs more than one approach.
What to expect at your Exilis neck session
You arrive about 5 minutes early. There is no numbing required. Gaby applies a small amount of gel to the neck so the handpiece glides smoothly across the skin. You sit or recline in the treatment chair.
The treatment itself takes about 30 minutes. The handpiece moves in slow circles across the neck. The sensation is a deep, comfortable warmth, similar to a hot stone massage. Most clients describe it as relaxing rather than uncomfortable. There is no need for breaks during the session, and Gaby will check in periodically to make sure the heat level feels right.
When the session is finished your skin will look slightly flushed for an hour or two. There is no marking, no swelling, no dot pattern. You can go straight back to work, to the gym, to dinner. Makeup can go on immediately.
Aftercare and what changes over time
There is essentially no aftercare. You can shower normally, exercise the same day, wear makeup right after the session, and continue your usual skincare routine. We ask you to drink water throughout the day and apply sunscreen on the treated area, the way you would on any normal day.
The first visible firming usually shows up after two or three sessions. By the end of the standard plan, four to six weekly sessions, most clients see meaningful improvement in the texture and the looseness under the jaw. The collagen remodeling continues for several months after the last session, so the result keeps improving for a while.
Maintenance is one session every 4 to 6 weeks after the initial plan, for clients who want to keep the result. Some clients add Exilis to their routine the way other people add a facial.

Pricing and packages
Exilis Ultra 360 for the neck is $150 per session. Most clients do four to six sessions, one per week, for the initial plan. Maintenance is a single session every 4 to 6 weeks for clients who want to keep the result.
If your neck has more advanced laxity, we are likely to recommend Morpheus8 Neck instead, sometimes followed by Exilis maintenance. Gaby will give you a real recommendation at your consultation rather than steering you toward whichever option costs more.
Our membership program is built for clients who plan to stay in ongoing care. Ask Gaby on your consult if it makes sense for the plan you have in mind.
Frequently asked questions
Does Exilis Ultra 360 hurt?
No. Exilis is one of the more comfortable treatments we offer. The handpiece has a built-in cooling system that keeps the skin surface comfortable while the heat works underneath. Most clients describe the sensation as a hot stone massage. There is no numbing required and no pain during the session.
How many Exilis sessions does the neck need?
The standard plan is four to six sessions, one per week. Clients with more advanced laxity may need more, or may be better suited to Morpheus8 instead. Gaby will give you a real assessment at your consultation rather than locking you into a plan that is not going to give you the result you want.
How is Exilis different from Morpheus8?
Exilis is non-invasive, no needles, no downtime, and built for mild to moderate laxity or maintenance. Morpheus8 uses fine needles to deliver RF energy deeper into the skin and is built for more advanced laxity. Both can be part of the same long-term plan. Exilis is often the entry point or the maintenance tool, Morpheus8 is often the heavier lift.
What is the downtime for Exilis?
None. You can return to work, the gym, or dinner immediately after the session. Some clients have a mild flush for an hour or two. Makeup can go on right after. Most clients schedule sessions on a lunch break.
